| At Wykeham House School, the Nursery for girls aged 3 to 4 years, together with the Reception class for girls aged 4 to 5 years
together make up the Foundation Stage. |

Foundation Stage aims to provide a happy and caring learning environment of the highest quality for girls in their earliest years of education.
Our team of experienced and well-qualified staff, led by Mrs Corrigan the Foundation Stage Co-ordinator, are committed to looking after the
individual needs and well-being of the girls to encourage them to become confident, active and independent learners. |
 | | Our small class sizes enable us to provide the care and attention necessary to meet the individual needs of each child.

| Not only is the Foundation Stage able to take advantage of many of the School’s exceptional facilities but we are proud to offer
secure indoor and outdoor play areas.
We are delighted with the addition of our outdoor classroom which provides shade in the sunshine and shelter from the rain.

| We are thrilled with our recent annual self-review with a Hampshire Early Years Advisor, which resulted in an 'outstanding' outcome in all areas.
